If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check, (as long as it's in stock).
An email will be sent to notify you when payment has been received.

Once received by our customer service, you will be sent an email that your order has been received.
After your order is complete with a customer service rep, an invoice will be sent to you, via email, with your order total and instructions on how to pay using PayPal.
If you don't have an email account, the customer service rep will explain how to use PayPal thru our "Customer Order" page.
Once all payment steps have been completed, your order will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days--DEPENDING on if item is in stock and/or if it's customized.
Personalized & customized items; Engraved items, T-Shirts or Out of stock items may take up to 22 business days to be received. An email or phone call will be sent to you, notifying you of your orders status, should that be the case.
If there is a topper that requires more time to locate that unique detail, a few more days might be needed, but will be discussed at time of order.
If at all possible, please allow enough time before your wedding date to select an item, so things are not stressful for you!
In some cases, we can work with rush orders, and it usually will not cost extra to design, unless you choose to have it shipped overnight, Next day or other special shipping services.
Due to circumstances beyond our control when dealing with any shipping method, please be aware that we CANNOT guarantee your order will arrive on time, no matter what service you pay for. We will do our best to get it out ASAP, but sometimes things happen out of our control. Again, please give yourself PLENTY of time before your wedding date, if at all possible!
Most orders are sent USPS, or UPS unless otherwise discussed prior with a customer service rep.
An email will be sent, notifying you when your order has been shipped.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To return or exchange an item, you must e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of your order, and MUST be returned with the receipt. No items may be returned or exchanged without prior approval. Each situation is reviewed individually, and no refunds will be issued without approval.
Once you notify us of your desire to return an item, you can return an item, as long as it is returned in it's original shipping box and contents. No used merchandise will be accepted or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order, via email only, within 24 hours of placing an order. An email will be sent confirming your cancellation.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged in shipping, please e-mail us within 36 hours of receipt of damaged item for a return authorization and instructions. NO ACCEPTIONS!
Damaged Items will be replaced at no charge and return damaged shipping charges will be refunded with receipt.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATON
Our usual shipping method is USPS, (United States Postal Service) but at times we may use UPS.
Delivery generally takes 4-7 business days, depending on your State. We do offer upgraded shipping and will be charged according to that services rates.
We do our best to get your order out accordingly, but we CANNOT guarentee your order will get to you on time, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, even if you pay for an upgraded rush service.
Please allow yourself enough time before your wedding date.
SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
A FLAT FEE OF $8.00 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING REGARDLESS OF SIZE OR WEIGHT. (Sometimes in certain cases, there will be a smaller Shipping & Handling fee for really small orders. This will be disucssed at time of order with a customer service rep if you fall into that catagory).
